Memorial Scramble

Contest Period:

• The Memorial Scramble will run from May 5 through 19th

• 18 Hole Final Round will be held on Sunday, May 19th 

 

Eligibility:

• To participate, individuals must book at least 2 hours in a bay at The Fairway within the specified contest dates. Your entry fee covers the two, 9-hole play-in anytime rounds.

• Each eligible booking allows up to 4 contestants in the same bay.

 

Contestant Requirements:

• Contestants must download and use the Trackman Golf app to track their shots and monitor standings.

• All participants must accept the Trackman tournament invite to be considered eligible.

 

Leaderboard Updates:

• Standings will be regularly updated and displayed at The Fairway facility.

• Contestants can check their current position using the Trackman Golf app.

 

Prizes:

• First Prize: Four Nicklaus Club Memorial Tournament hospitality package for Saturday June 8, 2024. 

  • ​​The Nicklaus Club is a premium, air conditioned tented venue, which combines interior hospitality with open-air patio and an incredible view of the par-3 16th green and 15th green. The Nicklaus Club features access to private restroom facilities, upgraded décor and carpeting, flat screen televisions, indoor seating and outdoor patio seating. Continental breakfast, luncheon buffet, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a full-service bar is included.

• Second & Third Prize: Four 1976 Club Memorial Tournament hospitality package for Saturday June 8, 2024. 

  • ​​The 1976 Club is located on Muirfield Village Golf Club’s favorite hole among photographers and features the course’s largest lake. The par-3 12th hole’s tee shot is played from a wooded hillside entirely across water to a two-tiered, kidney-shaped green. This open-air venue features access to a large patio, covered seating, flat-screen TVs and a full-service bar.  

 

Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified through the Trackman Golf app. Ensure contestants have provided accurate contact information.

 

Prize Distribution:

• Winners will be contacted directly to coordinate the collection of their prizes.

• Only one prize will be allocated per player. So if you’re first and second place in the competition, you’ll receive the grand prize but second prize would go to third play

 

General Conditions:

• The Fairway reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct.

• Decisions made by The Fairway regarding the contest and winners are final.

 

Feedback and Suggestions:

• Participants are encouraged to provide feedback after the event to help improve future contests and experiences at The Fairway.
