Jimmy Logue

The Fairway has partnered with Director of Instruction at The Country Club at Muirfield Village, Jimmy Logue, for lessons to improve your golf game.

About Jimmy

Jimmy Logue is the Director of Instruction at The Country Club at Muirfield Village.  Jimmy has a specific passion for teaching and coaching and brings an extensive background as a 19-year PGA member.  Prior to TCC, Jimmy spent the last 17 years as Head Golf Professional at Cincinnati Country Club, Wedgewood Golf & Country Club, and Springfield Country Club. 

 

A US Kids Certified Instructor and TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Level 3 Certified Junior Coach, Jimmy is also a TPI Level 3 certified Golf Instructor. He has also been named to the Best Instructor in Ohio List by Golf Digest each year from 2013-2023. 

 

The son of long-time Canton Brookside Country Club Head Professional, Jim Logue Sr., Jimmy grew up around the game of golf, playing collegiately for the nationally ranked Kent State Golden Flashes (1992-1996). Jimmy has previously been a long-time board member of the Southern Ohio PGA.

 

He and wife Gina reside in Westerville with their son, James Logue III.

Lessons

Jimmy Logue is starting his third year at TCC Muirfield as Director of Instruction.  Jimmy has a specific passion for teaching and enjoys helping players of all levels improve their games.  Prior to joining TCC, Jimmy was Head Golf Professional at Cincinnati CC, Wedgewood Golf & CC, and Springfield CC.

  • Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Golf Instructor

  • Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Junior Coach

  • Trackman owner; certified level 1 and 2

 

Adult Lessons

  • Adult rate: $150 per hour

  • Ten lesson packages: $1300 

  • Group lessons: 2-4 people, $75 per student

 

Junior Lessons 

  • Junior lessons are those children that have not started college

  • Junior Rate: $130 per hour

  • Group lessons: 2-4 juniors, $75 per student
