Format:

2 Man Scramble - 8 ft gimmie range putting - Gross score

Cost: $50.00 per team entry fee includes bay time

Contest Period:

• ​Monday 7/15 from 5-9 pm - qualifying
• Tuesday 7/16 from 5-9 pm - qualifying
• Final Four: Wed 7/17 @ 7pm

Eligibility:

To participate, teams must book at least 1 hour in a bay at The Fairway within the specified contest dates. Your entry fee covers the one 9-hole play-in round.

• Top four teams will make the final four
• Final four will be a match play event
• Over 21 years of age

Contestant Requirements:

• Contestants must download and use the Trackman Golf app to track their shots and monitor standings.
• All participants must accept the Trackman tournament invite to be considered eligible.

Prizes: Allocation of prize money is based on overall number of entrants. Total dollar figures will be provided upon tournament start time. VIP is adding 20% of net fees to the prize pool.

• First Prize: 45%
• Second Prize: 30%
• Third Prize: 15%
• Fourth Prize: 10%

Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified through email. Ensure contestants have provided accurate contact information.

Prize Distribution:

• Winners will be contacted directly to coordinate the collection of their prizes.
• Only one prize will be allocated per player. So if you are first and second place in the competition, you’ll receive the grand prize but second prize would go to third place.

General Conditions:

• The Fairway reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct.
• Decisions made by The Fairway regarding the contest and winners are final.

• Participants are encouraged to provide feedback after the event to help improve future contests and experiences at The Fairway.
