Holiday Closest to the Pin

Book two hours or more at The Fairway between December 26 - January 7 and everyone in your group become eligible to participate in the Closest to the Pin Challenge.

First Prize: Scotty Cameron Putter

Second Prize: One free lesson with Jimmy Logue

Third Prize: One free anytime hour at The Fairway Columbus

Fourth Prize: One box of Titleist ProV1 golf balls

In order to participate users have to download the Trackman Golf app and accept the private event invitation where you can track the leaderboard all holiday long

Holiday Closest to the Pin Challenge Rules

Holiday Closest-to-the-Pin Challenge Rules:

Contest Period:

  • The Holiday Closest-to-the-Pin Challenge will run from December 26 to January 7.

 

Eligibility:

  • To participate, individuals must book at least 2 hours in a bay at The Fairway within the specified contest dates.

  • Each eligible booking allows up to 6 contestants in the same bay.

 

Contestant Requirements:

  • Contestants must download and use the Trackman Golf app to track their shots and monitor standings.

  • All participants must accept the Trackman tournament invite to be considered eligible

  • Shots for the contest may fall outside of the 2-hour booked event.

  • Each entrant is entitled to take two shots for the contest.

 

Scoring:

  • The Trackman Golf app will measure the closest distance to the pin for each contestant.

  • The contestant with the closest shot wins.

 

Leaderboard Updates:

  • Standings will be regularly updated and displayed at The Fairway facility.

  • Contestants can check their current position using the Trackman Golf app.

 

Prizes:

  • First Prize: Scotty Cameron Putter

  • Second Prize: One free lesson with Jimmy Logue

  • Third Prize: One free anytime hour at The Fairway Columbus

  • Fourth Prize: One box of Titleist ProV1 golf balls

 

Winner Notification:

  • Winners will be notified through the Trackman Golf app. Ensure contestants have provided accurate contact information.

 

Prize Distribution:

  • Winners will be contacted directly to coordinate the collection of their prizes.

  • Only one prize will be allocated per player. So if you’re first and second place in the competition, you’ll receive the grand prize but second prize would go to third play

 

General Conditions:

  • The Fairway reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct.

  • Decisions made by The Fairway regarding the contest and winners are final.

 

Feedback and Suggestions:

  • Participants are encouraged to provide feedback after the event to help improve future contests and experiences at The Fairway.
